Within the MyzIron painting department, surface treatments such as painting, anodizing, coatings, and brass aging can be applied to materials or products.
We apply surface treatments to enhance the aesthetic appearance of the product or material and to increase its resistance to corrosion and wear.
WHAT IS ANODIZING?
Anodizing is a special surface treatment for aluminum. It is obtained through electrochemical processes. The anodized layer is hard and highly resistant to wear, providing superior properties to aluminum.
Electrostatic powder coating is a type of surface coating method obtained by covering the surface of the product or material to be painted with a powder containing paint pigments, followed by baking. Although electrostatic powder coating is not as durable as anodizing, it is often preferred due to its color options, gloss, texture, and ease of application.
